Perspectives from Women in the Crane & Lift Industry By: Meagan Wood I had the honor and the opportunity to interview a diverse group of women in our industry that gave unique perspectives on their experiences they have had working within the crane & lift sector. I interviewed women that all had different jobs & backgrounds and asked them all the same questions. The common thread they all had in in their responses was about how there needs to be more exposure to the industry and their common passion & fascination with cranes. It is an honor to share what these bright & determined women have to say on what they have had to overcome, the opportunities they see and the strength they all have.
